HI, I’M MERVIN JOHN

An ACS thoroughbred, and accountant by qualification, Mervin answered the call to full-time ministry straight after University and over the last 10 years, has served as the Worship Director at Grace Methodist Church.
Starting ministry at the age of 9, Mervin was involved actively in Christian Fellowships through his years at ACPS, ACS (I) and ACJC. He also started serving in church life as a Worship Team member from the age of 16.
His life took a great twist when, upon graduating from Nanyang Business School at NTU Singapore, the Lord called him full-time. He enrolled in Hillsong College in Sydney, was selected to play for Hillsong Church, and has served with the likes of Darlene Zschech, Brooke Fraser, Joel Houston and Israel Houghton.
